New director Steve Stone is making his feature film debut with a found footage form of film called Entity, which is different from the film ‘The Entity’.
The film is highly anticipated in the American film market and is expected to be a good start for the new and emerging director.
Entity has been shot in the form of found footage format, just like previous commercially successful films such as Paranormal Activity and Blair Witch Project.
The story is set in 1998 when some thirty unidentified bodies were found in nameless graves in a Siberian forest.
Although investigations were carried out at initial stages, there were no explanations offered by the Russian law enforcement agencies subsequently and the case was eventually closed.
In 2010, an English TV crew from the show called “Darkest Secrets” decided to do a show on this matter and investigate further into it.
The aim of this expedition is to explore further details of the mysterious case.
The TV crew also takes a psychic with them to benefit from his extraordinary psychic powers and shed light on the unknown secrets of the matter.
However, the last communication of the crew with the London office mentions that the crew is very close to the Siberian region where the bodies were found buried.
After that, the communications with the London office got disconnected for unknown reasons and no one knew what became of the crew members.
Entity is the story of those crew members after their communications get disconnected from the office, and tells us what happened with them in the forest.
